I messaged this company a day in advance. They texted me stating that he would be to my house to plow within an hour and never showed up! I am now stuck with over 2 feet of snow in front of my driveway from the city plows and huge drifts in my driveway. Terrible service and professionalism!

I spoke with the resident and let her know the driveway needed to be snowblowed, the plow is unable to move the snow in that particular location. She understood the problem and is having it done with a snowblower.
