Doug and Kayden showed up right on time and were extremely professional, honest, and respectful of my tenants’ apartments. I was very impressed with K & D Fawkes services from start to finish. The minute I sent the request in for a hot water tank replacement and flue repair estimate, I received an immediate response on Thumbtack followed by a phone call. Doug was very knowledgeable and clearly explained to me what needs to be done and what the total cost would be. He was able to come the same day, texted me when he was 45 minutes out as he said he would do, and came exactly on time. He explained to me in detail what the work would entail and did the job in under an hour and a half (with one other person). I appreciated the transparency in pricing over the phone which was very fair compared to other prices I’ve seen. I will definitely be using their services again for any plumbing needs and would recommend them to my friends as well. 5 stars for their responsiveness, clear communication, timeliness, knowledge, quality, and fair and transparent pricing.

I had a great experience with K & D Fawkes plumbing. Doug came to install a dishwasher, and while he was in my home he found a leak under my sink… he fixed the sink, installed the dw and brought the pvc sink pipes up to code. I will be using him for all of our plumbing needs! I highly recommend this company!
