It was great experience working with Iurri for my microwave repair, he was very punctual on timing, explained clearly whats the issue and what are my options to fix it. He is very knowledgeable on the parts for my whirpool combo set. Once we decided on the option he came back exact day to replace the parts and get the microwave working. Overall he was very professional and to the point on his discussion. I would definitely use his service for any future needs.

I would give more stars if I could. Iurii came out to fix our failed dishwasher pump just hours after contacting him here. And then when the circulation pump failed immediately after that, came back *twice* on the weekend to troubleshoot and fix that as well (charging for parts only). He’s super friendly, a great communicator, and someone I’m happy to have in my home. I’m disappointed that he’s relocating next month, because he would be my first call for any future appliance issue (and heck, I’d want to be friends too— he’s a great guy).
