Yuiri was great. He opened up my dryer, and diagnosed the issue immediately. He only charged me $40 more than the call cost, which seemed fair due to the small issue needing repair.

Very pleased with the level of service provided in our dishwasher repair! Yuriy was super nice, very responsive, and very knowledgeable of the issues we were experiencing with our appliance. Responsive and quick to investigate and resolve our refrigerator issue. Was honest beforehand that, if the expense was too high we wouldn’t recommend a new appliance (luckily it wasn’t the case and he was able to fix). Took photos and explained the issue and fix. I would hire again!
