- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since we own all licenses (building, pluming, electrical) in house, our pricing is normally pretty good. We often offer discount if customer purchase kitchen cabinets, countertop etc from our network partners. We also have home depot pro discount to lower customers material cost as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If customers prefer a quick and easy online quote, we can take a look at the job by pictures and video first and provide a rough online quote to save everyone's time. We also offer free onsite estimate as well. Once the quote is accepted, we will have a professional written contract ready. Once contract is signed, deposit is paid, we will schedule work to start ASAP!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are professionally licensed tech. All licensees went through extensive training for hand-on, and also passed written tests to be able to obtain the licenses.
