Then I compared prices from three Chinese-owned renovation companies near Quincy, Boston, and Henry was the most practical and reliable. He didn't overcharge me just because I'm a novice. He even expedited the process, getting it done in a week. Plus, he showed me the original invoices for all the materials he bought, which is rare, which is why I say he's trustworthy. He also offered to refund the difference later, even when I wasn't there. Henry manages one of my properties and does an excellent job handling the day to day. All I have to do is collect the monthly rent and Henry handles the rest. Whenever upgrades or repairs are needed, Henry finds and coordinates with contractors to make it happen. Finding tenants is also a breeze since Henry does the outreach and reviews the list of prospective tenants with me. Overall this has been exactly what I've hoped for in a property manager 10/10.
