Mike and his crew were terrific! I needed to have 2 bathroomsremodeled that were original to the house that was built in the mid 60's. He came out and gave me a quote the same day I reached out to him and it was much cheaper than other quotes. They were able to get started within a week and work progressed quickly. As most of us know, anytime you have construction or remodeling done, there are going to be snags and hiccups along the way. Of course we ran into a few issues with one of our suppliers and a cranky old cast iron toilet flange. Mike's crew was on it and got things straightened out quickly. I know Mike has his hands full being a GC, but he always answered my calls, questions and special requests. He always left me feeling confident that the job was in the right hands. Overall the work quality was excellent and I'm excited to show off my newly renovated bathrooms. R&D is a great company.

Very pleased with my decision to hire R&D Builders to replace my kitchen countertops and cabinets, and install lighting. Mike came on site to offer a quote and made the experience very easy by answering all of my questions, providing design options and keeping me updated through every step of the process. The communication was top notch.
The kitchen countertops and cabinets came out beautifully. Their countertop vendor offers countless quartz options and free samples that we were able to take home to help make our decision. The Shaker cabinets with slow close doors, complete with a corner upper cabinet, lazy Susan and a drawer with pullout trash can were requests that Mike and team were happy to accommodate.
If you value having a project manager with high levels of communication and different expert vendors for each part of the project (demo, electrical, cabinets, countertop, etc.) all at a very fair price, then you’ll be very happy with your decision to hire R&D.
