dana is undeniably amazing. I was a 19 year looking to gain muscle after being skinny for so long and dana has helped me tone out and make more gains (muscle) than i could've imagined. She is an awesome instructor- very very friendly and patient and she makes sure you push yourself to achieve that physique that you want. Dana is the best! She really tailors our sessions to exactly what my body can handle. She keeps it fun and is a great motivator. I can text her anytime with questions about nutrition or anything. She even offered to walk our dogs together and check out local parks! She has experience and it shows- literally. Also her rates are very fare and she's really knowledgeable about the area. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am constantly reading up on new techniques and exercises, as well as utilizing my personal training agency. I read and take tests to get new ceu's and keep current with my certification.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Exercise is what I've always done and what I love. So I decided to make a career of it.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I get them to be stronger more confident versions of themselves.
