Drew came back and fixed all issues associated with the job he performed and did not charge any extra amount. I posted the review below earlier, and this is the latest update and I have changed my rating for Drew to 5 star!. This guy damaged the garage door mechanism, and had to install new motor. While installing, he damaged two railings and now the door is making huge noise while closing. He said he will come back tomorrow, and it has been two weeks and not retuning my calls or messages. Very disappointing.
