I had the pleasure of working with Mikaela. if you’re looking for a wedding coordinator and thinking of looking afterwards and you’re unsure, I can tell you personally that I’ve worked with many and she is absolutely the best! I’ve been DJing since 2006. No one comes near to the level that she brings to the table. timeline, on point! Communication, on point! Friendliness, on point, this one’s huge for me she will fit the vibe and work with you and make it so easy but yet execution is perfect! I can’t say enough good things about her and how she handles herself throughout the event, she goes above and beyond the call of duty example: she was trying to clean the dance floor up because there was a spilled beverage to me that means she’s not limited to anything. She will do whatever it takes to ensure that magical moment happens and that is exactly what happened when we worked together. I will forever be recommending Mikaela to any of my clients!

I hired Mikaela to help me as a coordinator for my 10/8 wedding and I can’t say enough good things. She reached out several months ahead of my wedding to start conversations (I was the one to put her off until I had more details solidified!) showing how eager and passionate she is about her work. She was also incredibly responsive by text, calmed me down on days that were stressful (huge thanks for the hilarious cat pics) and helped our wedding day run smoothly. She even took her own photos and videos and sent those the day after which was so amazing. If you’re looking for someone to help keep you from losing your mind on your wedding day- hire Mikaela! Id have several more gray hairs today if it weren’t for her.
