TNT Boxing is owned and operated by Tim Stanton, who is a level 2 USA boxing instructor with USA Boxing staff. TNT Boxing is a family-friendly boxing gym with group instruction for children starting at 8 years old. We have a Junior Olympic team, and several adult boxing classes.
Tim Stanton has developed the Corebox training system which combines a boxing workout with core strength and conditioning that delivers a 1,200 to 1,500-calorie workout.
