PropertyCraft is second to none. We have lived in a property that they manage in Boston's South End for 3 years and they are by far the best property manager we have ever experienced in our 13 years living in downtown Boston. Warren is knowledgable, responsive, and trustworthy and truly a joy to work with. Though we rent, from a service and urgency standpoint, PropertyCraft treats us as if we were the owners of our condo. If it were possible to give six stars we would!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Management Fees varies by property condition, use, and owner objectives. Starting at 7% of gross collected income.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first priority is understanding your personal objectives. We do this through a discovery phone call. This is followed by an on-site meeting were we meet in person to learn about your property. If we are a good fit, PropertyCraft will send a proposal for signature. Then we get to work!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold the highest credential in the industry - Certified Property Manager (CPM) - which few in Boston have achieved. We are highly experienced, especially in legal matters, property operations, and financial management. We are also registered Realtors.
