I called last second and got an appointment for later the next day. She had all of the questions ready for me and allowed me to bring what was needed. I was missing some stuff and she stayed in contact with me and walked me through the necessary documents. My taxes were done the next morning and I received a. Email receipt that the forms were received by the IRS. Got my state in 5 days and federal in 9. Very easy to talk to! Good people and she will be my book keeper and accountant for the years to come.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with an in-person or phone interview to know each other. Then I will instruct you to securely upload files if we choose to work remotely.

Federally-licensed Enrolled Agent by IRS; Bachelor of science degree in finance and accounting management from Northeastern University Massachusetts; Associate of science degree in accounting from Quincy College Massachusetts.
