Yoga Teacher Training - 200 hours completed March 2014; many seminars on wellness topics through Omega Institute, Kripalu, Yoga Journal, and others. Constant reading in the field.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After years of supervising many people, leading large teams and dealing with crises, I wanted to mentor and coach others to ultimate success and happiness.
