Working with Tiffany at AND has been such a pleasure! She took my disparate ideas for a fairly complicated new front entrance, stairs, and mudroom and transformed them into a beautiful, cohesive, and executable plan. Having been frustrated working with professionals who fail to listen, accept feedback, and all too often fail to adhere to even the loosest of timelines, it was such a relief to find someone who is engaging, flexible, and punctual! Tiffany comes brimming with ideas, technical skills and a fabulous design aesthetic. Great experience working with AND. Tiffany showed us some creative designs that worked within our budget. We did not have a straightforward kitchen to begin with, so the creativity was very much needed. Tiffany also presented ideas to us on other improvements. I would highly recommend AND.

I recently needed an architect for a 12' X 30' addition I search the Internet and found Tiffany Souza who did an excellent job preparing a set of drawings that I needed for the building inspector. It is important to note that this project did not proceed past contract negotiations. It was within the client's and architect's best interests to part amicably, so that the project could move in the preferred direction of the client.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depends upon the project requirements. A meeting is usually required at the site to determine the existing conditions and the client's design wishes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's helpful to receive a "wish list" of additions/modifications prior to meeting. The client should have in mind a construction and design budget. The client should also have a timeline in mind. All this will be reviewed at the first on site meeting. Then I can get and idea of the project requirements to create an accurate proposal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master of Architecture from Tulane University Licensed in Architecture in MA & FL Licensed in Interior Design in FL
