Before reaching out to Justin about the AC issue, I first contacted another company I found on Thumbtack. Their technician spent about 30 minutes inspecting the unit, told me there was a restriction, and said the entire system would need to be replaced. He then collected the minimum service fee and left, saying their sales team would follow up with pricing. I decided to call Justin for a second opinion. He also noted a possible restriction and agreed that the unit might need replacing, but suggested trying to add some refrigerant to see if the system would respond. He mentioned the refrigerant is expensive, but offered to use some of his own—at no charge—just to test the system. I insisted on covering the cost, of course. Fortunately, the refrigerant worked, and Justin saved me from having to replace the entire unit. He’s professional, honest, and truly committed to helping his customers. A pleasure to work with.
