Kevin is professional and hard working! He has done work on our rental property many times. Everything from sheet rock to flooring to replacing our old doors to make the home more energy efficient. He is reliable and does the job right!! Nice to know we have someone we can trust to get the job done when needed. I would recommend Kevin for whatever job you need done big or small. He an excellent contractor!

Nothing could have been better we are extremely pleased. Kevin and his team went completely above and beyond what they were hired to do. Besides being friendly and knowledgeable Kevin and his team were extremely reasonable with price. Most of the quotes I got on my deck were a 1,000 more than what Kevin was charging and did not come to close to adding what Kevin was adding to my deck. We have experienced some really bad contractors in the area that are over priced and do not do good work. It was a relief to hire Kevin and see how good his work came out. Our deck looks phenomenal and we couldn't be happier. Additionally, Kevin his easy to speak and stays in constant communication while the work is being completed, which is also a large plus. I would highly recommend hiring KS Construction.

Kevin was fantastic right from the start! My husband and I had been talking about building a deck off the back of our house for years, and Kevin made the process smooth and easy for us! Incredibly responsive, fair and hard-working, he was able to get our building permit approved quickly and then built us a beautiful deck in less than two weeks that has changed our lives at home! My husband and I felt good about every step of the process from the initial meeting, the price quote, the permit, to the actual work being done and the final inspection. We should highly recommend Kevin to others and I'm sure will use him again for other projects ourselves in the future!

I have held my MA CSL #98954 for more than 10 yrs.
MA HIC for more than 5 yrs.
OSHA 30
First Aid qualified.
Qualified in Scaffold use & Fall Protection.
Lead Certified.
