At Primetime we do it all from land clearing, sight work, foundations and septics to framing, siding, roofing, decks, finish work and snow removal! We are currently working on a project in 2019 building a house from the ground up. We love what we do and take pride in our work. We had a very good experience with Scott, who was beyond willing to help with our situation. We are a small 6-unit townhouse condo complex and had one outdoor iron railing break at the base. Although the preference would have been to replace railings for all of the units, Scott was willing to work with us to just replace the one for safety purposes before winter sets in. He was very accomodating, pleasant and professional, and his subcontractors did a beautiful job installing a new iron railing that is sturdy, safe and looks great. They also removed the old railing, picked up after themselves and left the area clean. We are very pleased with the work done and the dealings with Scott. We would definitely recommend hiring Primetime Roofing & Siding for any home needs related to railings, and plan to contact them in the future for further repairs and upgrades to our building.

I went through Thumbtack requesting bids for a metal roof to replace the existing roof on our good-sized all-season porch. Scott Onanian d/b/a Primetime Roofing & Siding responded quickly by e-mail, and we had follow-up telephone conversations to discuss details. A few days later, on a Saturday, he drove two hours to our Massachusetts home, from a Rhode Island jobsite that he was evaluating, in order to evaluate our porch roof job. Thereafter he submitted a written bid that was lower than bids my wife and I received from two other roofing contractors. We negotiated changes to a few bid terms easily and signed the bid as amended. Scott was booked throughout most of summer 2018, and I went overseas then for a time, but he ordered all materials needed for our job in the meantime. In September 2018 Scott and his assistant, Jake, arrived at our home on the agreed date to do the job. They worked diligently, stripping off the old roof and installing the new metal roof within a matter of hours. The new metal roof is excellent and my wife and I appreciate it greatly. We mailed Scott a 'Thank You' card and asked Scott to thank Jake, too. Scott is a real go-getter. I recommended Primetime Roofing & Siding HIGHLY! Jim G. Sterling, Massachusetts

Scot was very communicative. When we first discussed my options he priced out a variety of options with pros and cons and helped me think them through. In the end he made a small, raised seam metal roof which not only looks great but works as promised. Scott is nice, professional, does beautiful work and was very neat and tidy. I would heartily recommend him.
