- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common job would be brick repair on chimneys, steps, and walkways. We also do concrete repair, stone fireplaces, stone steps, and custom brick or stone piers.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advise is to look for a contrtactor that has been in business for over 10 years, get references, look at their web site, and test their communication skills by seeing how fast they respond to your phone call and how fast they get you a price. Look at the truck they are driving, is it clean and lettered. I like to brick samples of the brick or stone I am proposing to use. And the most important thing is to get a contract in writing with terms and specs on materials to be used.
