FANTASTIC top notch service. Responded to my request within five minutes. I had called two other local appliance repair specialists both told me to think about getting a new refrigerator. After coming out and analyzing the situation EB appliance ordered the needed part and two days later install it and had my fridge up and running again. Pricing was extremely reasonable service as I said was top-notch, my refrigerator is running like new again. I would not hesitate to use EB appliance again for any of my appliance issues .

I am SO glad that we found Eren at EB Appliance repair! My Whirlpool dryer was making a horrible screeching sound, and I needed it fixed ASAP. When I reached out to EB, I got a response in less than 2 minutes, AND was offered an appointment today, merely hours after my initial request! Eren arrived and diagnosed the problem quickly, had the parts needed to fix it, and did the repair, as well as thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed out my dryer of all residual lint in there. His charge was incredibly reasonable, and precisely what I had been quoted earlier as the lower end of the possible range, and he did a fantastic job with our dryer! As if that wasn’t enough, I mentioned that we had a problem with our ice maker. He looked at it, determined the issue and helped my husband find the parts needed for repair online. If my husband can’t fix it, you can be sure that we’ll be calling Eren back right away! He will now be our go-to guy for any appliance repairs, and, *****I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!! *****

My dryer was making some sounds, and Arthur was able to provide some guidance by listening to the sound. We scheduled an appointment the next day, in which he was able to diagnose the issue, obtain the replacement parts and repair/address in one afternoon.
