Introduction: Being involved in healthcare (as a patient and chaplain), religious work, student work, relationship consults, and being very familiar with the terrible losses we all face, I find that one of my strengths is attentive listening to the individual's story, and asking open-ended and poignant questions that facilitates their healing and growth.
I am approachable, nonjudgmental, and kind. A 'cup of coffee' is a picture of the work I enjoy; two people casually discussing life and its ups and downs over a cup of coffee.
Weddings are wonderful! And I get to perform them. It began in 1985, when my wife began her work as the Baptist chaplain at MIT. Most of the ceremonies were at the MIT chapel. Since then, I have done them on the Boston Common, in N.H., in a chapel by the Wayside Inn in Sudbury, and at a beautiful church in Stow, Vt. I am glad to send you a copy of a typical service for you to read and possibly edit. Please contact me for your $100 wedding, whether next week, or next year. Thanks, David
Another important part of my life is my exercise. Presently, I am an active member at the Oak Sq. Y. in Brighton. I have been consistently training 3X a week on Nautilus and other equipment for 35 years. It began in 1978 when I began working at one of the first Nautilus fitness centers in the country in Orlando. Exercise effects every area of your life. The key is consistency, as in any activity. Although I am not certified in any training program, my life experiences in exercise, diet, and general health, qualify me in assisting you. Let's see what we can do!
