- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are $300 for the first 2 hours of labor, or portion thereof, then $75 for each additional 30 minutes, or portion thereafter. While travel, tolls, parking is not billed, parts acquisition time is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MA LIC. HIC.#186427 I've been a Home Improvement Contractor, Realtor and property development / manager for 25+ years. Pretty much everything Real Estate, construction and home services related. If I can't get it done, I can help you find someone who can. I'm a clean, professional & reliable contractor with a multitude of mechanical talents. If I commit to a job, you'll be certain, it will be done in a timely manner. My rates may seem higher, but you do get what you pay for.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I recently retired from Real Estate sales and development. I'm now fueling my new found passion for fitness, by building an online health & fitness coaching business. I love helping people learn to alter their lifestyles so they can live healthier, more fulfilling lives. This includes keeping up with the health of their home. I'm more than happy to teach people during a job, so that they can maintain their home themselves in the future. While building my new business, I continue to enjoy helping people with home services related jobs. It's a great way for me to fill temporary income gaps while I build a new business. ;-)
