Jonathan is a pleasant person to deal with. He was courteous and listened to my concerns regarding tilted door in our condo. He explained me as to what needs to be done and how he will approach fixing the problem. Once he started, it was smooth and without any problem. I will definitely recommend to my friends and aquaintances for door job.

Jonathan was on time and had all necessary tools. I just bought a smart lock and he was able to install it on a tricky door, and took the time to make sure I was satisfied. He will not leave a job undone even if challenging.

Did a great job re-keying and fixing locks around our new home. Is also pretty generally handy, so he was also able to fix and fit our (very old) door. Will definitely keep using this company and recommend them!

This is my 1st time having someone on Thumbtack do work for me and I must say that I am thoroughly pleased. So much so, I am writing my first review.
PROBLEM:
I have a door with an antique lever lock that needed an original bit key (ofter referred to as a skeleton key) made for it. I called multiple locksmiths and many were not equipped to do the job.
JOURNEY:
Jonathan responded very quickly to my inquiry & offered to address my concerns in person the following evening. The evening time was perfect fit for my work schedule. He was very kind, greeting me & my preschooler at the door & came prepared with a multitude of tools for the job. He thoroughly explained each step of the process so much so that my Preschooler was able to understand. In conclusion, he left me with a bit key for the lock and more educated about the process.
