We had the absolute pleasure of hosting Chef Jamie for our first-ever private chef experience, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, Jamie was prompt, communicative, and incredibly professional. She worked seamlessly with our schedule and made the entire process feel effortless. The five-course meal she prepared was a true masterpiece. Each dish was thoughtfully crafted, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. Jamie has an exceptional talent for balancing diverse tastes—every course hit a different note on the palate, and together they created a symphony of satisfaction. Her hand-crafted pasta was divine. Rich, delicate, and perfectly executed—we couldn’t get enough. Every plate was cleaned, and every bite left us wanting more. Jamie’s attention to detail and passion for her craft shone through in every aspect of the evening. We’re already looking forward to our next experience with her. What a great experience! Jamie was extremely responsive calling me rather than a text or an e mail, which I really appreciated. She was flexible as it took me a few days to think through the food needs for the group trip I'd been planning. She made two trips dropping off lunches and breakfasts (can we talk about the lemon aïoli that has changed my life?) we stayed at The Royce but it was my first time and I wasn't sure how well equipped their kitchen would be. She didn't miss a beat when I told her there were only 5 plates and no forks. The forks and plates were in the dish washer, I was just a ding dong. 
Should return the next day to prepare dinner for us, which was absolutely amazing and made our neighbors jealous. Why make dinner reservations when you can have your own private chef and dine in a beautiful courtyard under the stars ? Her menu was creative but regional and she didn't skimp on food quantities. We had enough left over to add some steak and make surf and turf the next evening. Absolutely the highlight of the trip! 

I didn't take any pictures of her food that evening, but I added pictures of the kitchen at the breakers because Jamie made us feel like we were the Vanderbilts.

Jamie exceed our expectations with the five course meal she prepared in our home for a party of 6. Everything was so outstanding that we couldn’t pick one favorite course, we loved them all! Jamie was easy to work with, well organized and made a tremendous meal look effortless. In our small group Jamie developed a menus to accommodate a peanut and tree nut allergy, shellfish allergy and one vegetarian and everyone was impressed with the courses! We will be calling Jamie again and again!
