Number one, he did what he said he would do and and when he would do it. He was here on a repair call for a plotter and the plotter is now working like new. In addition he was friendly, professional and communicated well. I entered into an agreement with him to maintain all of our office electronics. We are pleased to have found him.

I found Merion IT through google. While looking for someone to fix my laptop screen, although he's in another state he was still willing to work on my laptop, but suggested I look for someone locally to work on it due to the fact I would have to ship it to him, and I use my computer for work, and I can't afford to be without it for more than a day. He actually told me what was wrong, and sounds right, so thank you Merion IT!
