Number one, he did what he said he would do and and when he would do it. He was here on a repair call for a plotter and the plotter is now working like new. In addition he was friendly, professional and communicated well. I entered into an agreement with him to maintain all of our office electronics. We are pleased to have found him.

While looking for someone to fix my laptop screen, although he's in another state he was still willing to work on my laptop, but suggested I look for someone locally to work on it due to the fact I would have to ship it to him, and I use my computer for work, and I can't afford to be without it for more than a day.
