The guy was very understanding and didn’t try to take advantage of the homeowner I work for. He simply said what was going on. Some companies make up stuff to charge clients more money but this guy was very honest. Also apparently gave me a discount for drying a new leak that happened after their inspection and I very much appreciate that. Highly recommend this company. Thank you.
