During an insurance inspection it was found that we needed to replace broken ridge cap shingles. Northface was very prompt in responding, scheduling and completing the job. I would definitely work with them again for roof work.

Very impressed with Northface Roofing Co. I had a difficult project for them and they spent a significant amount of time and effort to make sure they gave us a quality refurbished roof. Also very punctual and good communicators. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Chris and Bill were excellent, the job looks great and the estimate was very fair, even when we discovered there were some flaws to be corrected once the roof was stripped. I'll be calling them for siding next year!

I cannot say enough to express how professional Chris and Bill were from start to finish. They came out to assess the roof in person, which was HUGE. They found issues with the overall construction of my roof that needed fixing, such as a lack of adequate ventilation and a pathway for water to travel between the roof and chimney, that aren't apparent via satallite. This meant my quote was not followed by surprise costs during the process. It also allowed me to discuss remodeling projects coming down the pipe that benefited greatly from their input. They are very detailed oriented, from coordinating the dumpster service to cleaning up and double checking everywhere a nail might have strayed. Never mind that my roof looks great and it's one thing I'm not worried about as we settle into our home.

We price our roof projects competitively and always provide the best price possible the first time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we meet a new customer, we know there are a lot of options to choose from when selecting a contractor. We don't believe in hard sales pitches or pressure situations. What we do is the educate the homeowner on roofing and the roofing process, we do a thorough walk of the roof to ensure we have the most accurate information to provide an estimate, we talk in detail about the materials we would use to do the project and then the most important step, we answer all of the homeowners questions and no question is too small. When we earn the business of a new customer, it's because we've earned their trust and they believe we will provide them the best service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just like everything else in the world, the roofing industry is constantly evolving. New products come out every year that can provide better benefits and protection for customers and their homes. We utilize training and classes provided by vendors, distributors and other roofing professionals to keep ourselves up to date and current with every product available. Staying educated is a priority to us so that we can offer the best products and services to our customers.
