Wilfred is incredible. We had a busted pipe (well water) right after the blizzard. He was responsive from the start- reached out right away and kept in touch until his arrival. When Wilfred arrived he described every steps he took to resolve the issue. He is professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I had a blocked sewer line. I called him around 1:00 and he said he could be there by 4:00. The pipe cracked when he took the cover off and he fixed it without a problem or added expense. He was very friendly as well.

Wilfred was a pleasure to work with! First, he’s very knowledgable in many areas while plumbing is his specialty. Wilfred started the job and made way more headway than I expected within the first few hours on the project. He manages time very well and is incredibly efficient. He can look at a job at a glance and know exactly what and how much material he will need to complete the project. Wilfred communicates very effectively and is very responsive. You do not need to chase him down to get an update as he regularly provides them through out the project. I’ve worked with many contractors and handy men that were not able to provide realistic timelines for start or finish or provide any updates. Wilfred is very accurate with timing unless there are special circumstances and he will always advise on those if they exist. I would easily recommend him for any job as he is very professional and honest. I plan on working with Wilfred on many projects in the future.
