Wilfred was a pleasure to work with! First, he’s very knowledgable in many areas while plumbing is his specialty. Wilfred started the job and made way more headway than I expected within the first few hours on the project. He manages time very well and is incredibly efficient. He can look at a job at a glance and know exactly what and how much material he will need to complete the project. Wilfred communicates very effectively and is very responsive. You do not need to chase him down to get an update as he regularly provides them through out the project. I’ve worked with many contractors and handy men that were not able to provide realistic timelines for start or finish or provide any updates. Wilfred is very accurate with timing unless there are special circumstances and he will always advise on those if they exist. I would easily recommend him for any job as he is very professional and honest. I plan on working with Wilfred on many projects in the future. If you need the job done properly and efficiently the reach out to Handy Wilfred! He will not dissapoint!!

I can’t recommend Wilfred highly enough. From the moment I reached out, he was extremely responsive and came to the property within just a couple of hours. He took the time to carefully look over the issue, explained clearly what the problem was (and what it wasn’t), and ultimately identified that it was an HVAC issue rather than a plumbing one. He generously pointed me in the right direction and even recommended the type of professional I needed to call. He was professional, kind, and incredibly generous with his time—and to my surprise, he didn’t charge me anything for the visit. His honesty and helpfulness were truly remarkable. If you’re looking for a plumber who is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about helping people, I would absolutely recommend Wilfred.
