- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In most cases I will provide and flat rate price and differentiate between materials and my labor . In many instances I will provide multiple options and maybe even other repairs that could arise during the original planned job as to try and avoid any surprises .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Wether it’s a new customer or an existing customer I believe transparency on what work needs to get done and best educating customer on what I will do complete the job gets both of us on the same page and will help understand cost of job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from night school I have attended training for service essentials and management. I have also attended countless heating and air conditioning training courses for specific equipment
