FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial appointment 1.5 hours and is $120, which includes a comprehensive health history exam and diagnosis plus a full treatment. Follow-up appointments are 1 hour and only $85.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers who visit our clinic are asked to complete a comprehensive health history questionnaire which we use during our initial health interview. After that is complete and the patient feels satisfied that they have been heard and told everything they wish, we use pulse, tongue, and abdominal diagnosis to ascertain even more information of potential patterns in the body contributing towards the main complaints. This is all followed by a full, one hour, therapeutic treatment. After the treatment is done, we go over what we found diagnostically and review what the recommended treatment protocol could be, as we of course, always take into account any other variables the patient may have affecting this. Then we handle payment and future appointment(s) scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attained my Master's in Acupuncture from New England School of Acupuncture, a 3 year, full-time graduate program here in the Boston area. After graduation I became nationally certified under the NCCAOM after successfully taking 3 board examinations in Point Location, Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory, and Biomedicine. I am also actively licensed here in Massachusetts under the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine.
