Introduction: Andrea is very outgoing and really enjoys communicating with her clients in order to produce the exact groom they desire. She would be delighted if you took a few moments to meet her and discuss any specific grooming questions or requests you may have. Andrea works Monday and Wednesday through Saturday -- no Tuesday or Sunday appointments. A Few Things Andrea Would Like You to Know: She works by herself and prefers to bathe all of the pets thoroughly before she begins the grooming process. Therefore, some days it may take a little longer for your pet's grooming to be complete. Please note: Andrea has a 50-lb weight limit. Generally, pets are groomed in order of arrival. As a courtesy, you may request a certain pickup time, and Andrea will try to accommodate everyone as much as possible. Upon admittance, please inform the receptionist if you would prefer to pick up by a certain time so that Andrea can try to schedule accordingly. Usual pick up times are between 5 & 6 pm. Drop-off times are generally between 12:30 & 1:00 PM. An owner is welcome to drop off later if previously arranged with Andrea. Andrea requests a phone consultation prior to cat grooms and asks that the owner be present during the groom.
