The girls did a great job. It took them 5 hours since I have quite a bit grease buildup in the kitchen and the faux wood blinds need to be cleaned slat by slat. They cleaned everything to my satisfaction while having my two cats at home chiling. Also very prompt and clear communication via messaging. I would highly recommend the service.

This is the BEST cleaning service I've ever used. From the very start, they were professional, kind, and organized.I hired Unmess after originally hiring a different service, which emailed & called me many times in the days leading up to and on the day of my scheduled service with last minute questions and ultimately declined to complete my cleaning service because they were flummoxed at not being able to find parking near my apartment. Upon reaching out to Unmess, I preemptively included a ton of information (including a warning about lack of parking nearby), anticipating that they might struggle in the same way that the other service had. Instead, Unmess thanked me and said they were already prepared for any parking concerns (because this is Boston, and parking is not always guaranteed). They also didn't require any further instruction from me besides what I put on the intake form for help getting into my building, etc (again in stark contrast to the other service). They were mindful of not letting my cat out, finding the trash room in my building, and generally making my cleaning day entirely stress free for me. I didn't have to worry about keeping an eye on my phone or inbox in the middle of a busy workday, which I was and am so grateful for.And as for the clean -- they did an AMAZING job! It was such a relief to walk into my home and see surfaces sparkling, floors vacuumed, dishes washed and every last corner tidied. I couldn't believe how thorough they were, particularly for the (extremely reasonable) price that I paid. I can't recommend this service enough for people looking to make their lives easier! Our pricing is completely transparent. You can see your exact price instantly when you book online—no calls, no quotes, and no back-and-forth. Our base clean covers your entire home, including kitchen surfaces, all bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces. We do charge extra fees for specific add-ons, such as cleaning inside ovens, inside fridges, or doing laundry.
