I worked with James and his crew and they all did a wonderful job. James was very responsive and took the time to explain everything they planned to do before and again reviewed everything after. I added some additional side project half-way through and they completed the task beyond my expectations. I plan on using them again in the future. I thought their quote was very fair.

We hired James to repair our sidewalk which we received a violation for in Brookline Massachusetts due to overgrown tree roots. From the very first call, James had been on point handling all hoops the city puts you through to complete the work. Hes prompt and honest. he kept us updated throughout the entire process and made us feel at ease. Extremely knowledgable, he was able to navigate all of the requirements with attention to detail. This included obtaining permits and dealing with the city forestry department. Were extremely pleased with the work James and his crew were able to perform. He stated at the start that his mission was to make his customers happy and i can confirm he lived up to his mission. Thanks again James.

Generally once we make contact with a customer we arrange a time and date for the quote that suits them. Mainly quotes are given first hand on site to get an overall layout of the job and all preparation work involved as every job is different than the last.
