Introduction: A private piano lesson for all levels and age is offered- Amature to the Prodigy, six years old to the retiree. Individually designed methods and teaching programs will be provided depending on each students` goals and interests. Lessons take place either online or at my home studio in Brookline, MA, with a grand piano. Both online and offline lessons are available. The lessons will include not only how to play the piano but all musicianship education, such as music theory, ear training, sight-singing/reading, improvising, score analysis, and keyboard skills. I demonstrate my students how to achieve technical and musical difficulties to develop into their artistry. Based on solid basic technique and musical knowledge/logic, my students grow quickly to obtain greater freedom to express their musical creativity. I am a professionally trained classical pianist currently teaching Aural skill and Group piano classes/Piano minor in BU as an instructor while pursuing a Doctorate degree in Piano Performance and undergoing performance schedules. Previously I finished Peabody Institute at Johns Hopkins University for Masters and Performace Diploma. I have performed at such venues as Steinway Hall, Lincoln Center, Seoul Art Center, Goodwin Hall(Peabody), Miriam A. Friedberg Concert Hall (Peabody), Parsons Music Performance Center, Goldmark Hall (Mannes), Yamaha Piano Salon, I have participated in the International Keyboard Institute and Festival (New York). I only accept students who will take long-term, weekly lessons. Minimum 1 hour weekly lessons are highly recommended for any progress. Twice a week lessons are strongly encouraged for serious progress. If you want to prepare : Music Exams, Art/Music middle school, and high school auditions, pre-college auditions, college auditions, national/international competitions, and all types of performances, Or JUST for YOURSELF Having Fun- you are all very welcome! Lessons are starting from $75 for one hour, $60 for 45 minutes, and $45 for half an hour.
