Professionalism is a must. Someone who has a friendly nature and outgoing personality. Who is unobtrusive and knows when to take the shot rather than clicking off hundreds to get one. Has a solid background in photography with enough experience to shoot speakers in low light situations where they don't wash out the powerpoint presentation.
