My husband and I relocated out of state for work a few months ago. We have been very happy with Zach at Round Room Management throughout the entire process. He found tenants less than a week after posting our home. He is very communicative and prompt to reply to any communications, which is helpful since we're in a new time zone. I have been working with Michael's team at Round Room Management for a number of years now, and can strongly vouch for their strong professionalism, excellent network of contractors/plumbers/etc that have been immensely helpful in resolving both regular maintenance and unexpected property repairs. And most importantly, their close scrutiny to help ensure strong financial discipline has ensured even my older property to keep a balanced account despite regular maintenance efforts being needed to keep the current tenants happy and regularly renewing the lease. Zach and his team did a wonderful job on finding us a renter and also being quick in addressing the issues we had in our unit. They came to our unit to advice on things we should fix before we rented. The entire team is very responsive and does payments through online portal. I would highly recommend him and his team for property management.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our fees are fair and competitive. We charge a 5% monthly fee based on the rent of the property for our services.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Our process for working with a new customer starts with a phone call to discuss the customers needs and our services. Next step is meeting at the property in person or online via Zoom to do a walkthrough. After our contract is signed we begin managing the property. We import all information into our systems, reach out to current tenants, list available units for rent and handle any maintenance issues. At the beginning of each month we collect rent, run reports and forward funds to the customer.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    We have over 20 years combined experience in property management and Real Estate rentals and sales. We are all licensed Real Estate brokers and salespeople. We also are certified in Property Management Financial Proficiency and are a licensed construction supervisor.
