Introduction: I have over 15 years of providing confidential and supportive therapy to individuals and couples who struggle to create more satisfying, enjoyable lives and relationships. The people I work with achieve a greater understanding of what they want and need as well as improve their skills at communicating these to family and friends. I have expertise in EMDR treatment of trauma, Gottman marital therapy and the treatment of people suffering from anxiety and depression. I am not on any insurance panels but will provide statements that can be submitted for insurance reimbursement for those people who have out of network benefits and wish to use their insurance. Many of the people I see choose to pay out of pocket to preserve confidentiality and control of their mental health care.
