Steve is an excellent agent and it was a pleasure to work with him. He goes above and beyond to help you find a home. During the buying process he was honest, knowledgeable and he helped get the answers to questions we needed to make the right decisions. He always made himself available to talk and explained the process to us each step of the way. We also used Steve to sell our Boston Condo, where he exceeded expectations! Steve coordinated excellent professional photos of the unit and did a wonderful job executing the sale.

My husband and I worked with Steve to find our new home, and then to rent our existing home. In short, Steve was incredible: very thorough, incredibly responsive, diligent, and tactful when dealing with so many different parties. We looked for homes across Mass suburbs and in the city, and Steve was by our side the entire time: asking questions we didn’t think of, following up with all parties, giving sound advice, and guiding us through every single step of the process. It’s incredible how quickly and thoroughly Steve responded to our questions, chased down issues, and coordinated with so many different partners (from city officials, to developers, to agents, to lawyers, to tenants, etc). Steve reviewed all contracts, made thoughtful suggestions, and was very detail-oriented. He was a true partner & trusted advisor - really can’t recommend him highly enough.

Cannot recommend Steve Facelle enough!!! I used Steve as both a seller's agent for my condo and a buyer's agent for my new home, and I am incredibly happy with how everything played out. He was patient and positive, but also honest with us during our search for a single family home, which was challenging in the current market, to say the least. We found a home that we loved and his strong negotiating put us in a great position. Once the home purchase was squared away, Steve sold my condo after one weekend of open houses. Steve pays careful attention to your personal needs, styles, and preferences, and tailors his approach to that. I felt completely heard throughout the entire process and he took extra time to explain everything to us, answering my many, many questions... Steve's communication is fantastic and he was an absolute professional every step of the way. Very much recommend Steve as a realtor!

Steve is an excellent agent that has gone above and beyond what we’ve ever expected. He coached us through the entire process, never pushed but always stated the facts to try and look at any situation unbiased. More than that, Steve was a therapist at times when things didn’t go our way or were confusing and we needed to vent/talk it out! I am fair & transparent with my pricing, and always happy to discuss pricing with my clients. Cost is typically job dependent.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first meet my clients, either in person or virtually, so that I can get a better understanding of their real estate needs and how I can help them achieve their goals. Future plans of action are dictated by client needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Real Estate Agent with over 100 hours of formal education, in addition to years of hands-on experience. I train and manage a full team of agents at Rise Realty, and have also taught real estate classes for prospective real estate agents.
