What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a new Thumbtack Pro, I am currently offering discounted flat-rate services based on the components included in the project (resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, interview prep, etc.).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a tailored experience to each client, but I typically start by requesting and reviewing any existing materials. I follow up with a 30-minute virtual consultation via phone or Google Meet to provide an assessment, ask and answer questions, and agree on next steps and a timeline. Once my work is complete, I schedule a short (usually 15 minutes) session to review the final product and deliver it to the client upon approval.
