Our pricing is transparent and based on project scope and complexity. We offer competitive rates with no hidden fees, and discounts may apply for returning clients or bundled services. Every proposal is customized to deliver maximum value for your investment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we give you a quick call to understand your project. Then we send a clear estimate online and schedule a site visit to take measurements. From there, we create a code-compliant and a preview layout of the plans. You review everything and request changes if needed—we revise until you're 100% happy. Once approved, we send the final plans ready for permit submission.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team includes professionals with degrees in Architecture and Civil Engineering, combined with years of experience in residential and commercial drafting. We also stay updated with local building codes like IRC and IBC, and use top industry software such as Chief Architect, AutoCAD and Revit. .
