- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They need to understand that every business has its profit, so the price they see on any quote involves contingency, management, planning, searching, scheduling, supervision, etc. All this has to be taken to account in order to have a satisfying project delivered by us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Coming to a meeting as soon as possible, because personal contact is the best way to understand any particular project and to share ideas. Next I provide an itemized quote in a time manner. Once we come to an agreement, the work get started…Simple like that!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got passionate about construction the moment I got involved in a few years ago. Once I knew the more I learn in this field the more is still to be learnt, then my passion is endless.
