They arrived on time. There was a bit of a miscommunication in the beginning but it was all worked out. I had requested a two-way switch, replace the old junction box, and to move a light in the basement utility area. They suggested two overhead LEDs which was a good choice in such a dark area. The two way was installed wirelessly so no wires to run. It all took about three hours and everything worked when done. Their pricing was reasonable. Not too high but not too low either. I would hire again.

I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Louis arrived 30 min early which was great. They charge $150 to come out but will apply it to job if you move forward with the job. I had a new outlet installed for a small freezer. I was offered multiple ways to do it and of course I went with the least expensive which was $175. 30 minutes later it was done. A great experience at a fair price.

Border Electrical was great! I moved into a new house and needed all the overhead lights and ceiling fan replaced. The price was great in comparison to other quotes I got, they were quick to respond, and got the work done within a week. I will use again for future projects.

We provide fair pricing. We do not charge for an estimate. We always give you a cost before we do the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the customer through the Tumbtack App, then wait for a response, if no response is received, then we proceed to text them. typically, we get a response. We provide an estimate based on information given through pictures or a video. If the cost is OK, we schedule an appointment for the work to be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed in NH and MA. Our licensed electricians have years of education on a Technical School and plenty of experience. Our apprentices are registered with the State of New Hampshire. MA does not require registration.
