- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible depending on location and needs of the customer. I charge per hour of photoshoot, and each hour typically yields 30-40 edited (finished) pictures delivered to the customer. Weddings, for an 8-10 hour session, yield anywhere from 400-600 delivered photos.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will follow any necessary steps through Thumbtack, then reach out to the customer directly via text or phone call to secure details. Upon arriving to the photoshoot location, I'll go over preliminary steps, any information needed, and explain my timeline and photo delivery process.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all different types of customers, from brides and grooms on their wedding day, to couples looking for some professional photos to put in their albums, to high school and college graduates looking to savor those special moments, and everyone in-between. I will work with anyone that is willing to work with me, and respect and transparency will always be given!
