My wife and I needed a design for our extension plans of our 75 year old house. Johnny and his team gave us a beautiful design that we plan on building in the coming year. The entire experience was wonderful. Even before we decided to go with Ark, Johnny spent quite a bit of time, including a long visit to the house, to answer all our questions and give us suggestions. Once signed on, there was constant updates and feedback and it was amazing to see the design come to life based on our conversations. Another plus is Johnny has a general contractors license and his team has experience doing large scale jobs. The feedback from a practical perspective helped with our decisions with the design in figuring the balance between cost and features. Great team and a great experience!

I needed some blueprints and wanted to pull my own permits as a home owner. Johnny went above and beyond. He told me a price that was wayyyyy better than the other engineers have quoted me. He did the blueprints for my deck to be converted to a bedroom and it came out amazing He then showed me how to pull my own permits in Boston. I definitely will be recommending him to anyone that needs this type of work.
