I had the pleasure to host a cooking class for Veena and co-taught a workshop with her. Veena is knowledgeable and passionate about her holistic nutrition work and it shows in her teaching. She's prepared, creative and generous with her resources. During the cooking class, she provided food samples of her simple and delicious healthy food along with recipes and supportive material. She's very mindful of food sensitivities and offers alternatives. She's great!
