FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and designed for convenience: ✔ $35 – Includes 1 stamp if you come to me ($10 per additional stamp). ✔ $65 – Includes travel to your location and up to 3 stamps. For locations 30+ minutes away, an additional travel fee applies. Special pricing applies for real estate documents, estate planning documents, and powers of attorney—please contact me directly for a quote. I always provide clear, upfront pricing so there are no surprises!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple, professional, and follows all notary guidelines: Verify Identity – I check a valid government-issued photo ID for all signers. Confirm Willingness & Awareness – I ensure all parties understand and are signing willingly. Review the Document – I confirm the document is complete (but do not provide legal advice). Perform the Notarization – The signer signs in my presence (or provides acknowledgment if allowed), and I complete the notarial certificate. Record & Seal – I log the notarization in my journal (if required) and affix my seal. I make the process quick, secure, and stress-free, while staying compliant with state notary laws.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed multiple professional notary training courses to stay current on laws and best practices. I am NNA Certified, which means I’ve passed background screening and industry-standard training. Additionally, I carry Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance, ensuring accuracy and peace of mind for my clients.
