- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Pets of all sorts have been a constant in my life, from the parrots my family kept when I was a kid, and the Yorkies we bred, to my current "zoo", my continuous contact with and care of animals has made going into this line of work a no-brainer.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Dog walking, pet sitting, pet taxi service (vet, groomer, etc.), cat visits, small animal visits, house sitting duties (lights, curtains, mail retrieval), delivery service w/ other services, emergency visits, play dates with Chloe, poop scooping, etc.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise someone looking for a pet sitting/dog walking service to only hire a fully insured and bonded provider. I would also suggest looking for a sitter that is certified in pet first and and CPR. Wagamuffins meets both of these criteria.
