- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our products and manufacturers vary widely, and your specific goals are our priority. We offer a fixed pricing system based on the product you choose and the type of installation. We also offer several options to fit any budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is a 5 minute phone call to identify if we can help meet your goals. We'll usually set up a free consultation at your home to assess and analyze your current situation. We'll help you determine if you need windows and the exact options you should be looking for in a window. We'll also give you helpful design ideas and suggestions on areas where you may be able to reduce the cost of your project without cutting corners. If you need windows, we'll take you through a market overview to help you choose the best product that fix the problem and meet your budget goals. Our advice and design options are free, however if you find a product that you like we can give you an exact quote for product and installation that we will honor for 1 whole year. We proved a stress free and no pressure experience.
