Our work stands out because we do not just fix the immediate problem. We also educate our customers and provide them with te tools necessary to maintain a working computer on an ongoing basis. We also physically clean every computer that we work on. It not only makes it run better by not overheating but it also gives the customer a good feeling when they use their equipment. We got this idea from mechanics who clean your carpets after they fix your car or do an oil change. Some will even throw in a free air freshener, floor mat, or something extra for the customer. The greatest thing about our job repairing customers computers is the fact that we are solving an immediate problem for someone. When it comes to business computers of course, we are also talking about someone's livelyhood getting their equipment back up and running so that they can go about making money in their own business.
