What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer comes to us for help we take the time to evaluate their needs and design a custom solution for them. We answer any questions that they might have and make sure that they are more educated than before they came.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We tutor our customers in a wide range of software programs like Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop or even if they just need the basics of how to run a computer.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
Our residential rate is $65 with a maximum charge of 3 hours for any project.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The majority of our clients are in need of virus removal but we also fix screens, replace hard drives, maximize the speed of the PC, install software, add memory or swap CPU's. We also design websites, tutoring & accessory sales. No job is too big or too small.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We were recently working on a Mac which is something that we do but we are more familiar with PC's. This Mac was freezing and giving us a real hard time but like all the projects we work on we were able to fix it completely and to the customer's satisfaction.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't waste your time & money trying to fix the job yourself. Allot of our jobs come in far worse than the original problem and they try to fix their own computer which sometimes leads to complete destruction of their operating system and valuable files.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We wish our customers knew how long it actually takes to get their computer clean and virus free.
