I don’t write reviews, but this one’s earned. I’ve used Zach for all kinds of work, but the one that stands out most is when a neighbor had a clogged toilet turn into inches of raw sewage on the bathroom floor. He showed up immediately, cleared the line, and left it like it never happened.
He’s handled everything from installs to modifications for me—turned a standard shower into a proper overhead rain shower, swapped toilets, added bidets. Shows up when he says he will, does it right, and charges fairly.
I don’t call anyone else.
