Zach was very knowledgeable and knew exactly the reason why my basement toilet was slow to drain. He came by within the hour and immediately got to work. He walked me through what he was doing every step of the way and took the time to educate me on our septic tank. I'd suggest the Drain Wizards for any drain issue! Reasonable pricing and friendly, fast, and professional work.
